Spiritual Development Opportunities
If you are interested in Baptism, Confirmation, Alpha Course (learning about Jesus) or the next Lent course please contact the churchwardens via the Rectory telephone 01403-790197 and leave a message asking for details.
New Venture Bible Study
The New Venture, an ecumenical Bible Study Group, meet in Slinfold Chapel usually twice a month (confirm the dates from our Facebook page 'St Peter's Church Slinfold'). The group is open to anyone seeking to know more about, or gain a deeper understanding of, the Christian Faith. Donations of £1 per person are requested to cover the cost of heating and use of the chapel; tea and coffee provided. Currently being led by Martin Hennock from St. Nicolas' church.
Secular Activities
Slinfold Companions
Our informal and friendly drop-in on the second Wednesday of each month to which all are welcome. If you are at home but fancy getting out for coffee & cake, companionship, occasional talks, and crafts give this a try. For more details please contact Janet
Churchyard Working Party
On the first Saturday of each month there is a working party in the churchyard, which is why our churchyard always looks so good. However, there is always more to do, so if anyone else wants to come along & help for a bit between 9.30am and 12.30pm, you will be very welcome. (We don't work non-stop - we do break for a cuppa half way through)
